I ordered a pair of hoka on ebay. The add said womens. When I got them they r mens. Now I have to pay to return them. Is it right for me to have to pay for someone else's mistake?

What type of return did you open? If the ad said women's and they are men's then it would be an item not as described case. Is that the type of case you opened? The seller would pay for the return.

File a Return Request. If it was the seller's mistake, you do not have to pay for return shipping.
- Within 30 days from date of delivery, go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under “More actions” click on “Return item” and select the reason for the return. “doesn't match description". Attach a photo if required.
- The seller will have 3 business days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
- If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 business days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.

I did not know the add said will accept returns and customer pay return shipping. That is why they would not give refund. I was not paying twice for something I didn't want. Does that make sense or should I have sent back?
