When a Seller is Below Standard, it is very difficult to move back up to Above Standard due to all the restrictions eBay puts on that account.
Each defect stays on your account for one year. Your best bet is to frequently monitor your Seller Dashboard. The Dashboard will get you details of the defects. All Sellers performance is measured the 20th of each month. EBay will post your current level and your projected level on the 20th.
While Below Standard, the Seller will pay an additional 5-6% in Final Value Fees.
It's critical to ship on time and resolve any issues with Buyers.
