Bumped again for cd_albert, and anyone else still using No Returns in their auctions.

An iPod no less> http://forums.ebay.com/db2/topic/Seller-Central/Help-Case-Open/5200046212
So let's see... NewBee seller lists a "new" iPod, auction style with No Returns Accepted then gets a SNAD, a Neg and now has a -1 FB. Can't get much worse than that, can it?

But they learn at a snails pace.
So many NO BLUEFINS are still out there waiting to be crabbd by sharks that they cod be still here for a whale.;-)

Isn't it a violation of contract if they do this?
I mean the seller pays the insertion, and FVF. The seller paid for a listing/contract with not only the buyer, but ebay inc. as well.
Sorry but if certain things like a vintage lunch box or an old action figure can be "returned", and it wasn't the one that was sent out but the junked one that the buyer already had. Do they not want collectibles anymore? Aren't the odd rare items what made eBay famous?
4-5 years ago someone purchase an UNopened factory sealed hobby box of trading cards off of me, and wanted to return the extras and thought I should give him his money back for the all the ones he was returning. I sold him an UNOPENED hobby box and he opened it. I flat out told him not a chance. He destroyed the item that I sent him. He never said anything back.
If feedback was equal maybe I'd take back a collectible but not now. 99% of people are honest and cool, but those 1% I'd love to have a word with. Zero honor or class.

That's a funny story Weaverboy...
we all know about scammers buying an item for the parts and then sending the rest back...but unopened card packs...that's a HOOT !!:^O
12-02-2011 09:52 AM
Oh he opened all the packs, and wanted to return the cards that he didn't want.
I've just recently been getting a lot of people who didn't change there address, and some wait 2-3 days after I printed of the label and shipped it.

BUMP for the Friday nighters who may be listing some auctions tonight or over the weekend.
If you still use "No Returns" as a policy, you do so at your own risk. Don't become a scammer's target!

Just a reminder to those still listing auctions with No Returns accepted as their policy. Don't do it!
