Can't edit promoted listings

3 days now, I can't edit promoted listings to a different % amount or end the promoted % from bulk edit or from the promoted listing filters page.
I get just the spinning blue circle forever

Have you tried deleting the campaign and creating a new one? Have you tried editing from your advertising dashboard?

Click the name of the campaign. Then click the edit button top right.

Bulk editing has been broken for a few days. There is no way to fix it other than wait for eBay to do something about it.
