Might as well add this observation... I hadn't seen anything all month,
unsurprisingly. I didn't make note of this earlier, but the eBay Bucks
page stopped tracking purchases altogether.In the past, that page would
at least track purchases with a $0....

Noticed the same issue - no promo for Feb/Mar despite having gotten most
others, no "your Bucks are on the way" sign, etc. I also wonder if eBay
will use the "executive override" and just end the whole thing
completely...
