Good morning I purchased a UPS shipping label through Ebay that has a 5 day guarantee delivery time It took 7 days to get there. How do I go about getting a refund for this label or is it possible. Thanks for your help.

Are Alaska and Hawaii included in the International shipping program ? Even thought they are part of the United States.
