eBay Bucks not recording purchases

I purchased several items yesterday to take advantage of eBay Bonus Bucks.  The sales and checkout pages showed how much I'd get per item, and it seemed that the purchases went through without issue.  These purchases were all made through the phone app.

I checked the eBay Bucks page (on desktop computer) to verify, and half the orders weren't even on there at all.  They didn't even show the item with $0 earned.  Only 6 of 13 orders placed on Sept 13 were even recorded.

There were a few items I purchased on the 10th (that didn't earn eBay Bucks) that didn't show up on the list with $0 earned, either!  Orders prior to that all seem to be there, however.

I've had issues with feedback scores not updating/displaying correctly, so I tried opening the page in Private Browsing windows, but with no changes.  Has anyone else had problems with eBay Bucks not even accounting for several purchases whatsoever?

There have been other topics on this board saying that Purchase Histories are not populating at all or only partially. Use the search box on the main page of this board and search for "Purchase history not loading"  there you will get links to the other topics on the subject. 

You may also want to try clearing the cookie cache on your devices then restarting them.

I noticed the same issue.  I don't know if ebay is working on it or not, but hopefully it will get resolved shortly.

No, it hasn’t. eBay still sends out occasional bonus Bucks offers.

I'm just now noticing this issue. I purchased 3 items on the 13th, yesterday. Only one of the three items is showing up in my ebay bucks activity. I thought "well, maybe there was a minimum purchase requirement that I disregarded by mistake..." so after checking the email for the bucks promo, I see nothing that states a minimum purchase amount. I've frankly never had an issue with my ebay bucks like this before. Everything I purchased has also been paid for and shipped.

I went over three months without getting any emails because I unfortunately had to make claims and receive refunds for two items I bought that were never sent to me. The refunds caused by balance to go into the negative.

I didn't start getting my emails again until August. I complained to ebay reps more than 10 times. The ebay bucks rules state that you will stop receiving emails for promos if you have a negative balance and this won't be fixed until the negative balance is taken care of. Under the previous system for bucks, this is reasonable and easy to fix. However, ever since the changes to the program, bucks are only earned off of promos sent to you via email, no more 1% on all purchases. So I was left in a paradox where the changes made me unable to earn ebay bucks in order to fix my negative balance and as a result, I couldn't even receive email promos that would give me the chance to actually fix my balance. Luckily, someone with a real brain finally recognized this situation and rectified the issue I had.

Looks like this issue has been resolved (at least for me) and the ebay bucks are back home where they're supposed to be.  Hope others with the same issue are seeing their ebay bucks in their account as well now.

Yes, it seems this issue has been resolved. All of my previous purchases now show in the ebay bucks activity page.

Thanks all - I used the "Chat with an Agent" help feature and was told to wait another day, then they'd forward to tech support if not resolved.

I had checked on several devices and cleared cookies, etc. just in case.  My Purchase History loaded just fine, but the Bucks didn't, making me think it was an internal eBay issue.

I checked the Bucks page again and it's now up-to-date with all purchases from the 10th onward.  So far, so good!
