We do ship using USPS Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box. However, just
this morning, I am unable to see the Small Flat Rate box in the
drop-down list. Isn't the USPS Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box
supposed to be an option?

We have been unable to reply to a buyer's question through eBay for
several hours over two days. When we press the send button, the button
greys out and nothing happens. Why is this happening and what can we do
about it?
I am trying to list my items in the multiple listing feature.
Specifically when I enter a name into the Title field and when I go to
the next title the prior title disappears. Sometimes the title persists
when I move to the next title, some disappear...
To all,I am posting this here to make all aware an issue that has come
to light in our store. We are the Franklin Mineral Museum and we list
Minerals therefore our category would be as follows: Collectibles >
Rocks, Fossils & Minerals > Other Rocks, ...
I solved the issue. Evidently, you HAVE to enter dimensions in the blank
fields under Package Details. In the past, we left the fields blank
without issue. The Small box option now has appeared. eBay marches on
with its "improvements."
We are using the Seller Hub view for posting. There is no option that
says, See All Services. The Medium and Large Flat Rate boxes are listed,
but none for the small. This confounds me as there was a Small Flat Rate
option for last week's postings.
