USPS Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box not an option.

We do ship using USPS Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box. However, just this morning, I am unable to see the Small Flat Rate box in the drop-down list. Isn't the USPS Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box supposed to be an option?

It's there. You may have to click to see all services.

We are using the Seller Hub view for posting. There is no option that says, See All Services. The Medium and Large Flat Rate boxes are listed, but none for the small. This confounds me as there was a Small Flat Rate option for last week's postings.

Have you possibly listed something with larger dimensions than the Small Flat Rate would hold? If so, it's not an option.

No, we haven't. The item is smaller than the box.

I solved the issue. Evidently, you HAVE to enter dimensions in the blank fields under Package Details. In the past, we left the fields blank without issue.  The Small box option now has appeared. eBay marches on with its "improvements."

Yep. That's what I was referring to earlier. Lesson learned! 🙌

Odd as we didn't have to do it before. I just put in 1"x1"x1" and it works.

Even when offering free shipping ebay wants dimensions. Makes no sense.

I have tried both methods recommended by the sellers in this string.  In neither case does USPS Priority Mail Flat rate box show up as an option.   I tried the actual dimensions of the small flat rate box.  I tried using all 0s for the dimensions.  I tried using 1" for all dimensions.   Nothing.   I guess I will call and see if they have any suggestioons.

I just figured it out.  The small flat rate priority box is the very LAST choice.  I assumed these were listed in order of size.
