We have been unable to reply to a buyer's question through eBay for several hours over two days. When we press the send button, the button greys out and nothing happens. Why is this happening and what can we do about it?

I don't know what the problem is, but you could try replying to the buyer from another site, UK or Canada, and see if that works..

What browser (or app) are you using, and have you tried using a different browser?

Which version of Edge you are using?
The reason I ask is that I recently ran into some issues with Edge and found that I was using an older "Legacy" version, and that once I updated to the newest version, the issue I was having went away.

No idea, but I've had the same issue for a couple of weeks now. CS was pretty non helpful.
It may be your browser. I have the issue in IE but I can reply using Chrome. But it was working fine on IE as well until recently.

Kind of off subject........but I am amazed that these rocks and minerals are found in the state I live in! I never knew about your museum, but I just finished looking at the website. Once this mess is over, this place is on my list of places to visit. I plan on going nuts and doing all kinds of things I have been meaning to do or took for granted.
