Like for example I hit the limit of free listings and then an item
sells. I want to automatically publish a draft to fill in the one
listing that sold so I use all my free listings up to the limit.
All of sudden I am unable to print shipping labels via paypal. As soon
as I hit pay, it errors with the message above. It has been working all
year, just happened last night. Waited till morning and same issue. I
logged into paypal and I see no holds...
