Looks like a ladies compact to me. She would put loose powder in it and
have a little cotton pad and probably a little screen to go with it. It
does look like celluloid, so my guess would be 1930's and 1940's.
Cute jar! I'm not sure exactly, but it looks African or Moraccan. It's
not silver, you wouldn't have those solder marks at the connection
points. I don't think it's super old, likely a travel souvenir.
Well there that is definetly a British soldier on the far right. The
Artura stamp box dates the photo between 1910 to 1924. My guess on the
natives is South East Asia, or East India area. You could do some
