Last time I had a return for a $400 laptop eBay refunded the guy the
second his "return" landed in my mailbox. It wasn't a laptop, it was
stickers from a etsy seller.
It's pretty good. But more scammers, and stupid people then normal. I
think I might block 0 feedback buyers. I don't want to, but at this
point they seem to cause 90% of scams.
How do you actually win the appeal? Last time I had massive amounts of
