HAS ANYONE HAD ANY SUCCESS WITH EBAY PROMOTIONS, WHETHER GENERAL OR PRIORITY?TO ME IT JUST SEEMS LIKE A WASTE OF MONEY. ONLY EBAY BENEFITS FROM IT. WHY DO I NEED TO PROMOTE MY ITEMS TO SELL THEM?

So ebay charges 1.65% on international sales based on where the user id is registered. How in the hell are we as sellers supposed to know where the user id is registered? Ebay tells you after you make the sale. Pretty sneaky if u ask me.
