Auntication

Has anyone had an issue with authentication sending back a completely different item? I sold an 18K Cartier ring. Authentication stated it was not accurately described and sent me back a 14K gold wedding band. I am beside myself. I am a top-rated, concierge seller with 18,000 sold items. Anyone else have a similar issue?

There was a post a couple days ago where they said a different bag was returned.

We can see the ring that was sold but what is the ring you got back look like?

You stated it failed authentication,  that's because you have different types of gold in your listing..

 highlighted is yellow gold...now...

 highlighted is rose gold in your description body.

     Now, getting back to your ring that was returned, please take good pictures and post back.
