Usually when I create a sale, it appears within minutes on my eligible lisitngs on ALL platforms. Well today, the newest sale is NOT appearing on the app at all. On the classic site, the sale banner is once again at the bottom of the page, whereas just yesterday it was at the top of the page! Very frustrating to say the least.
