I am dealing with the whole " Your Listing was removed: Counterfeit item
policy" thing. I calmly told the customer service reps that it made no
sense to remove my Alexandria perfume oil because I worked with the
supplier in Egypt on that one and name...
Today I received messages from someone accusing me of sending them the
wrong item. The first message was (name censored):"Hi, I m sorry u sold
me wrong perfume, roll on I wanted eau Vive don t u have that, I got
sent chance by chance that s it on nam...
Some folks are just impatient. I had someone open an INR case barely a
week after it was shipped. They said it's because they ordered other
stuff around the same time and received it already.
Sorry but it's all on you. I have an absolute rule: NEVER process
multiple orders at once! Once one has been labeled and sealed, then it's
safe to go to the next one.
