Tracking details on an item I sold shows it was delivered on Jun 2 but buyer says it was not received and has opened a case. Who is responsible for refunding in a case like this. I purchased the shipping label on Ebay.

Promotional e-mail

I received a promotional e-mail to list 100 items free. It is dated today and gives dates May 7-18 to sign up but when I try it tells me the offer has expired. Done this many times and never had a problem. Is anyone else experiencing the same thing?

I was trying to seach for animated stuffed animals and no photos come up only the description and price. I have to actually click on an item to see what it looks like. Is this new? Thought it might just be in the toy category but I just tried ladies ...
