Tracking details on an item I sold shows it was delivered on Jun 2 but buyer says it was not received and has opened a case. Who is responsible for refunding in a case like this. I purchased the shipping label on Ebay.

Respond to the case by providing the tracking # and information that shows it was delivered.

He verified it was the correct address and I have sent all tracking info. What happens now...does Ebay contact him or am I responsible?
