International Shipping listings value has increased to $2500

Just got the email today!

eBay International Shipping was launched with lower item values. The new item value limit has now been increased to $2500.

A double edged sword.  Higher value sales but, if  things go bad............

I got the same email; although NEVER got one when they went from $500 to $1000.

Anyway- the key takeaway that I see is 

NO INTERNATIONAL RETURNS?? As EIS stated when first starting, THEY take care of the 'refund' and SELLER keeps the sale! 

Has ANYONE experienced this yet? I am contemplating adding my more expensive kits into EIS (currently have them as 218 Excluded Countries as a work-around to be 'in EIS, without having those higher $$ kits in EIS.

How? Any return even INAD you keep the money. Ebay is the one paying the cost they said

I wish I noticed or ebay prevented me from shipping a $600 two weeks ago that is now being returned and I have no shipping update on it. I think the hub might just keep it or something.
