Servers are down??

We've seen these "It's not you... it's us" messages many times... always just a minor glitch.

However, this one doesn't seem to be going away...

I go Manage My Store >> Edit Store and takes me to login.  When I click, Sign-In, nothing happens as its stuck on that page.  I wish to change my store logo. Its non functioning!  Why?  Oh God why?

I'm trying to move some items from Draft to Scheduled and it's just sitting there.  Let it sit for 10 minutes and opened another window.  They're still in Drafts.  At least they didn't get deleted and hopefully won't attract two sets of fees. (I use Scheduled start for a lot of things).  Methinks someone has been under the hood, tinkering again.
