Even after being successfully logged in to the eBay site... when we try to edit our eBay store the system won't allow access. It pushes us back into the log-in screen... and won't accept our ID / password... even though we're successfully able to log-in for other functions of our store (seller hub, etc.) with no issues. Seems odd... Haven't seen this before.

What browser are you using? Try clearing the cache or a different browser. You might also find one of the browser addons is causing the problem. Disable them for a test.

I've encountered the same issue - even with a completely clean cache, the login loop persists... It's unclear where to report a defect and/or open a bug ticket, unfortunately, as I work in tech and can adequately write this kind of report 😉

If anyone can point me in the right direction there, please let me know.

otakumerica you need to test by disabling all plugins and addons, one of them likely the problem, probably an ad blocker or security one.

Having exactly the same issue. Spoke with 2 eBay reps. One who was rude and the other very helpful. They tell me it is a known issue but I cannot access my store. I have never had this kind of issue before and tired not being able to have it fixed in a timely manner. I can login into ebay just not the store or my account page. Tried clearing the cache, tried IE, Chrome, Edge and nothing. Same result.
