I see a new option to use a large first class envelope to ship. However,
when I click on the label, there is no option to buy. I've called Ebay 3
times and every time I get a new answer that makes no sense. help.

Maybe this buyer is deaf. The deaf people that I know frequently mispell
words. For example, instead of *and*, one of my deaf friends always
writes *an*.This individual may be handicapped in some other way with a
limited vocabulary, but able to shop....
