Well, seller hub is gone away. Don’t find it under seller dashboard. ebay updating their stuff every few months really makes it difficult on the casual seller.

I am getting the same problem. I use safari. When I contacted eBay they said to clear the cache and use google chrome. I tried it on the android phone, same response. I think eBay has the issue, not us. Anyway, I haven’t resolved the issue either.
