Hello ive noticed i can't send payments from Ebay , my card ans crédit is fine , does anybody having a similar issues?

Since 2 days ago i been trying to complete payments via pay pal , when i select option Pay Pal , and click on the betton Pay with Pay Pay , the page stay with a spinning circle and stay like that , i confirm that there's nothing wrong with my pay pal...

Does any body knows how this going last?? Theres no way to contact sellers by the Contact Seller Option ,When try to use the option my account ask ne to sing in over and over , !!
