Hello ive noticed i can't send payments from Ebay , my card ans crédit is fine , does anybody having a similar issues?

Does the name and address on your card exactly match the name and address on eBay?
Does the card have the Mastercard or VISA logo?
Is it a prepaid credit card or a card with your name?
