Unable to contat sellers by messages

Since few days ago im unable to contact sellers by the option Contat Seller , i got no any message or error code , nothing at all , every time i push the option of Contact Seller and chosse a topic my account ask me for Sing in.   then i send me to the main Ebay page , i try again and its the same over and over ,..Can anybody help or know if theres a technical issue or so ?? Thanks

I got info from Ebay theres and incident ,.incident number "INC000005195931"

Hi @lenard2005! This is a known issue some members are experiencing as you noted. We have a post in our tech board that includes it and what Customer Support needs to add examples to the ticket.
