typing disappearing

When asking a seller a question about an item my typing disappears but it will show up in a blue band with white lettering if I highlight the text. It only happens when asking a question, how can I correct this?

on eBay but no show when I check my items for sale

My item as been on eBay and still is, but it no longer shows in what I'm selling. If I type the title in it will show up.
