There is not a simple way to block a seller the way that sellers can block bidders, by adding a username to a list.
But there is a way to block a seller (or up to ten sellers) so that their items do not appear in a particular search. Using the Advanced Search, go to the "Sellers" section and check "Only show items from" and select "Exclude" and then add your seller usernames to the box separated only by commas. Do your search and save or bookmark the results. If you use the resulting search as the basis for further searches, you can eliminate those sellers from your results.

Nope. But I can sure remember who I don't want to do business with again.

Make a sticky note with the sellers name, attach to your monitor, phone, lappy etc. Don't buy from that seller.

You could block their ID just like a buyers. Sellers often buy. You can block them from buying, but you can't block them from selling. I am confused as to why would want to block a seller. From buying from you?

Yes in advance, go down to sellers and click the box. Next click on the box that says include, in the drop down click on exclude and enter the name in the box, click save. You may have to put a - in front of the name, it has been a while. That should remove their listing when you do a search. Then go to your block buyers, and enter their name there too, so they can't buy from you.

Yea in the past I’ve gotten buyers telling me that they’d never purchase from me (probably because I didn’t agree to their price negotiations) only to find out months later they end up buying something from me.
Nowadays whenever I get that threat from buyers, to do us both a favor I just block them. So you might be able to just message that seller and tell them to block you (you can also probably add in a little crazy in your message to convince them to block, haha).

After being on the boards here for awhile, I have a few sellers on the BBL that I don't want to deal with.

That should work well. They show up in a large number of my saved searches.

Use Port-a-Wall®, a portable walling system that can be set up anywhere! Just set up Port-a-Wall®, and it will block entrance into ANY facility, commercial or residential with their Krash-Tek® technology, stopping incursion DEAD with crumpled car hoods or broken noses. Use it to block solicitors, annoying neighbours and to prevent accidental entrances into undesirable areas, i.e., falling down pits, running onto busy freeways or driving into Wal Mart parking lots. Port-a-Wall® comes in a handy 10 feet x 15 feet zip carry case for easy transport. Try Port-a-Wall® today!
