Sold two electronic gaming devices. Buyer had them for 29 days then asks
for a return as both of them are broken. Call ebay.Ebay says don't
reply, he took too long to initiate, he may have broken them, file a

I didn't say people here don't know. I said, why would I go ask
strangers about an auction with a stranger. I didn't expect the buyer to
take advantage of the situation.Lesson learned however.
But they lied. They also waited 29.5 days to file a complaint. I'll call
a liar a liar if they are a liar. CS lied. Buyer lied. The buyer takes
advantage of the eBay policy.
When we called. Seller stated both items had the same defect which they
didn't. CS then said that we should file a fraud case if we don't get
the item back, which, now I know he didn't have to send them back. CS
led us to a wrong outcome.
