A Buyer contacted me after paying and asked to have shipped to a
different address. He seems to be a newer buyer with a feedback of less
than 25. I do not feel go about it. Would I be coved if I shipped to the
other address? What do I do?

through for 3 days, giving time to purchase more than 1 item from a
seller and have them send an invoice. I never let it go the 3 days

But there HAS to be a way for the buyer to opt out also. When I did it
for the first time, I thought it was for ONLY that time. REALLY
misleading if you ask me. CHANGE THIS EBAY!!!!
