How do you deal with an order returned by post office as non-deliverable? Do we have to refund the full amount including the postage? I had to pay for the postage and the post office doesn't refund it.

Thank you. Yes I am using the advanced form but it is not showing up in the pricing options where they said it should be. Maybe they jumped the gun with the announcement and it's not available yet?

Ebay used to provide a space for this in the reports section. I used that all the time. Then they took it away. I Was SO MAD! I think they like to make extra work for us sometimes.

Thank You. I refunded the price of the item and told them they would need to repurchase the item and pay shipping again if they want it sent to another address.
