seems last year it came every 3 months. i have come to rely on this
credit. i know not everyone gets it, just higher volume sellers like us.
so my question is why did ebay seller USPS shipping discount drop to
only 5%? the increase on the USPS padded flat rate and the flat rate
envelope went up 60 cents!!!! these kinds of increases are freaking
insane! flat rate medium box went up 40 cent...
folks have no clue when they respond. flat rate envelope for me varies
from $8.40 and $8.75. for the exact same flat rate envelope. the padded
also varies. from $9.20 to $9.85. for THE EXACT SAME FLAT RATE
PACKAGE!!!! so yes, i fully understand what ...
they know better. thats why i use the ebay international shipping
program. ebay handles all of it and we do absolutely nothing but send
the items to the ebay kentucky hub after item or items are paid for.
