I am frustrated with ebay being dn so much but of course when call in CS has no idea of any problem, but you Know this may be the problem also with CS not being in loop of tech problems?? ALL changes we are asked/told/suggested to change to make our sales more visable hmmm Ebay one of the best things to make items visable is site to be up so buyers can see our items, Ebay mobile app well I changed items to be more mobile friendly well ebay Your app is not working get message to report problem again did this for more sales and the app doesnt work, I am at a loss to try and figure out why ebay keeps shooting it self in foot with all these changes and nothing works properly, sales are dn which reminds me of underperforming items hmmmmmm now ebay just maybe if you stopped with all the changes and leave site alone maybe they would be performing why my sales are dn 17% in quarter I think of when site is up and running sales are great but with this fixation of being a wannabe instead of the once great site Ebay once was my loss of sales is with a site I am paying for that Ebay is underperforming for me as a seller,Does any one in Ebay Cooperate offices hear or care what is happening/wrong with ebay and all tech issues or are they just drawing a big check blind to the sellers that bring in the buyers to the site by what they offer . Wishing someone in cooperate Ebay wake up the how badly ebay is being hurt by these changes and downtime, when the last seller is put out of business of a site not up and running Ebay cannot have a business with just buyers. I love selling on Ebay and running my store work hard at it also but I need ebay to do their part and get site up and running and leave it alone unless there is a problem and stop creating the problems, hire people that know what they are doing, take a step back remember when ebay was making money and was number 1, ebays dn fall started with dispute with google, and went down hill quickly from there. Amazon isnt killing ebay EBAY is killing itself by changes they are making.
