You just know if a seller did any of these things we'd be shut down or
severely restricted, this buyer has already lost the MBG protection, how
much more havoc do they have to inflict on people before they are shut
down permanently ?
I'd also ignore anyone who writes in CAPS to get their point across and
also adds LOL, what business do you know communicates in this fashion ?

Sounds to me that you didn't send with tracking, if not you have no
proof of delivery, unless the seller confirms delivery you will not be
seeing anything back.
