Actually caldreamer, ALL sellers are NOT on managed payments yet! Ebay
is not authorized to provide financial services for the selling of
certain items (ie. coins & adult items), so those sellers are STILL on
PayPal and cannot join managed payments. ...

You are right and wrong. There is no PayPal fee, but eBay itself is now
charging you this processing fee! Ebay has replaced the PayPal fee with
its own fee, so the fee didn't go away. We are just no longer paying it
