How can an AI bot listen? I pretty sure "they" don't listen at all. They just give you that illusion and move on with unnecessary changes.

ALL my sales now are "SOLD VIA PROMOTED LISTINGS" even when I accept an offer. Seems to me eBay just want to squeeze more and more money out of us regardless if it was sold via a promotion or not. Someone should really look into this.
