My wife just started listing while I have listed for over 20 years. Her
Dashboard does not allow her to add handling charges to listings.
Anybody know how to get around this dumb limitation? She appears to have
a VERY limited Dashboard.
On a couple of recent lost shipment claims, USPS keeps asking for the
same info and refuses to accept EBay sales documentation. They seem to
be looking for a standard cash register receipt to establish the sales
value. Anybody found a way around this...
EBay's fees are starting to look like the low end of the market if
someone is buying through commercial auctions. Fees are now mostly in
the 28-30% range, shipping is being outsourced to shipping companies
that charge $10-20 for supplies/$20 for pick...

It seems that if there is an existing offer (frequently auto sent by
eBay) you can't change the listing or send an offer if someone requests
but wasn't sent an offer by eBay.
File a case for fraud withy USPS Postal Inspector for attempted fraud.
What was package weight? Buyer would need to provide shipping parcel for
weight verification.
The answer is very simple, you didn't offer eBay as much as other
sellers. If you go to sold items, your problem doesn't happen. Only For
Sale items encounter this problem.
