When an offer is sent by a seller on an auction to a potential buyer(s),
how long till that offer ends ? I wanted to update some photos for an
auction and couldn't because the page was locked-but i know any offer i
sent out on that auction was easily...
Puerto Rico is PART OF THE UNITED STATES ! It is under the U.S. Postal
system with zip codes just like the 50 states and Washington D.C.-i've
shipped items to Puerto Rico many times in the past 15 years...why does
E-bay consider this something new ?
