If you have consistent sales then I wouldn't use it. On my main selling
account I have to opt into promoted listings. If I don't I'm buried in
search despite good keywords, etc.
I always include measurements no matter what the item is. What I don't

I just noticed the same thing. There is absolutely nothing to click on
to change countries to estimate shipping. The tab is gone with no links
to click to switch out countries.
