My store is on Time Away until 5/15/24.A buyer just purchased an item
this afternoon 5/10/24 and eBay tells me to ship by 5/13/24 ??? I
checked my store and the Time Away message is there.The eBay Automated
Assistant did not help at all...Thanks!
To add insult to injury, the drafts I completed (and saved) yesterday
have been erased and have been replaced with templates! All of my edited
photos are gone in addition to my measurements, descriptions, etc !!!
I have been having the same problems! All 50 of my templates (on which I
have spent a tremendous amount of time to create) are completely blank!I
have also tried multiple reboots, etc. I do not have the time to add new
listings without my templates. ...
