When on a recent treasure hunt, I purchased a box of vintage Christmas
items . . most from Hong Kong. This was part of the LOT. I threw him in
w/ the dancing Santa and rubber faced Santa LOT and billed him as
"Grandfather Gnome for your fairy garden"...

If it were me, I would leave a factual non-emotional reply to the
buyer's feedback . . as in: Offered a full refund once he returned the
product to me. Buyer chose not to do this. (or words to that effect)
That's exactly what I was thinking. Once I had a listing for a large
doll which I sat in front of my fireplace for the photo shoot. Imagine
my surprise when I saw another seller w/ the same doll sitting in front
