I (in real life) do consults on many different subjects, would it be allowed for me to offer a consult as an ebay listing? I can't seem to find the proper answer anywhere and I for sure dont want to violate anything.

If I drive traffic to my Ebay store or specific listing is that allowed? or does Ebay not like that? I have opt in customers from my website etc, I have traffic from social media platforms can I drive it to my store and or specific listings?

I have seen so much banter about this... Once and for all.. Do Watchers, Views and shop followers impact where you are placed in the search criteria?
