How to make sales while "below standard"

I used "s because its a load of crap. I had a defect removed (properly removed because it was a mistake) 4 months later they brought it back RIGHT during the Christmas season Nov 20th to Dec 20th how ironic!!!!!  

Anyway since that happened sales went form being amazing to almost nothing (no shocker there) what can I do to no  miss out on this shopping season? as I Sell alot of Christmas list things (Video games etc)  ANY tips or tricks? with my sales im ALREADY gonna be back top rated by 12/20 but thats too late ill miss the busy buyer season.

     What is the reason for you being below standard? While we can see your feedback we cannot see your particular seller rating percentages. All of the following should be 0 except for the shipping and tracking uploaded on time which should be 100.

If eBay will let you list items, do so.  I would only list ones your 100% sure won't create any buyer issues.  If they won't let you list,  you just have to wait it out.     In some cases a below standard listing ban becomes a lifetime selling ban.

I don't see any current listings and there's just one item that was sold on Dec. 2.
