Ive noticed recently on some orders ,the shipping the customer paid was incorrect. This is on items that I have multiple quantities of ,and its always been correct...until recently. The weight/size is correct and so is the shipping method...but for example , one customer bought 2 items in 2 separate orders...(they didnt use the cart system) One item it charged them $1 for Priority Mail... and the second item it charged them $3.28 for Ground Advantage. Yet for that region I have it set to charge $14 for Priority and $6 for ground advantage. This has happened once in the past ,and figured it was just a glitch and ignored it...but now I see it happening again .
