So, basically, someone can buy a dvd or bluray from me, watch it and return it and I have to give them a refund and pay for the return shipping.

$20 to step in? Why did Ebay have to step in? I got a refund request and I sent them a return shipping label. I did not ask Ebay to step in. I haven't even figured out how to ask Ebay to step in.
