Buyer requests to ship to "new" address

A buyer put in an order and then an hour later stated he had a "new" address and gave me that address. I wrote him back and asked him to change the address in his account, and of course he hasn't. How should I proceed?

@dancingshepherd

Cancel and relist, so the buyer can add the right address during checkout.

You need to do this for your seller protection.

I cancelled and relisted, and sent them a message requesting they change their address.  They repurchased but did not change their address.

Did they pay?

If they did, you have to decide what you do.

They paid but did not change the address or respond to my message. I cancelled the sale again and did not relist. I assume the cancellations will effect my stats but I just don't need the hassle. I plan to block them as a buyer as well.

I'm not sure if it will defect your stats.
