I bid $14 on an item , and was the only bidder . $14 was the starting
bid. When I go to pay, that $14 was charged to $18 plus shipping. How
did this happen? Seller says I'm wrong but I screenshot it. Refuses to
refund me
Kinda late for me to tell you all the outcome, but I included all his
begging messages and my 14 year history on ebay and my 100% feedback at
the time and the credit card company denied him a charge back. His
negative feedback was also removed. Yay!
What I shipped has no relevance to her committing fraud. I didn't know
it was against USPS rules. It's not illegal. A swat team isn't gonna
bust my door in. I'm not concerned.
