Ebay customer support is currently useless. I need to speak to an agent
in the UNITED STATES regarding the recent Ebay 1099 requirement / issue
and them not letting me enter my IRS issued business tax id number. I've
requested a call back many times ...
How do you know the twitter or FB reps are in the US? I'm betting they
are the same offshore reps you get on the phone.... Once again, not
giving out my TAX INFORMATION on those platforms.... It really does
appear ebay "management" has elected to ess...
I've had them call me literally TWENTY times.... EVERY call has been
from someone offshore and I don't want to give my TAX INFORMATION to
someone offshore....
Again, with those chat based platforms, how do you know the rep is IN
THE US??? You don't.... So I'm pretty sure they aren't. So once again,
how can I FIND A US REP???
