Is anyone else having issues with the Seller Hub filter? I am unable to
see all of my store categories, this started back in early December.

Hey! I have never had an issue getting reimbursed by eBay. Look more
into eBay Standard Envelope and know what you are and are not liable
for. It does take 15 days before you can file a claim for missing with
PIP but all you need to do is communicate...
You don't need to have them send you the form by mail, just go to the
site and enter in the info: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm
Start that ASAP and work with your buyer, if they initiated the contact
to let you know the item hasn't arriv...
Actually, USPS Ground Advantage now covers up to $100 insurance with the
purchase of the label. This covers both loss and damage. In the posters
scenario this cannot be used though.
I actually am having this issue with USPS currently. In the appeal
process but I don't have much hope. First in almost 17k sales so I count
myself lucky.
Thanks for posting the rant, nice to know I am not the only one that
finds that irritating Unfortunately, nothing that can be done about it
